II have been a patient of Dr Pierce for the last year and a half. I always leave her office feeling better than when I first arrived. She listens to learn and goes the extra mile to help her patients through treatment, therapy and referral resources. The women at the front desk were polite and professional. The office was clean, well put together, and atmosphere was comfortable. Dr. Pierce was professional, thorough, polite, and considerate. She listened, gave her recommendation, and worked with me on a treatment plan that addressed my needs and concerns. Wait time was less than 30 minutes, which is not unreasonable, and I was able to schedule a follow-up the same day.

The experience of this doctors appointment was over all very pleasant. The staff and doctor was pleasant. However, a few days after my appointment, I was inform by phone, the continued care plans, that we're needed for me could not be done, due to insurance eligibility. I was left in despair. Other than that theis doctor seemed to be the perfect referral for my continued care.

Dr. Pierce was competent and professional. Throughout the interview with my aged mother, she made thorough assessments and formed some scholarly opinions. I believe what impressed me most was that she listened and truly heard me as we discussed courses of action. A declining parent presents one of life's most difficult areas of navigation, and a working relationship between family and doctor is essential. I respect Dr. Pierce's abilities in this area.

The young lady at the front desk was the same sweet and gentle . She took her time helping me with the computer paperwork after I let the time run out. I even talked to a lady from biling and she was just as sweet as the others. Yes I would recommend patients to this practice
